 Returns/Refund Exchange Policy for textiles:

 
Eligible for Return/Exchange:
 
Genuine Quality Issues: If you receive a saree with genuine quality problems, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product. We may request additional photographs or other verification to process your return. We will initiate the refund/exchange process once we have received the product and investigated the issue.
 
Damaged or Wrong/Missing Product: If your saree arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will initiate the refund process or send you the correct item at no additional shipping cost, based on your preference.
 
Not Eligible for Return/Exchange:
RTO (Return to Origin): Customers must provide a complete shipping address with an active phone number. If the package is returned to our warehouse due to failed delivery attempts by the shipping agency, any reshipping requests will require the customer to pay additional shipping charges at actual cost.
 
Color Mismatch: We take great care in photographing the sarees to match the true colors. However, slight color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays. Color variation or mismatch will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.
 
General Terms:
  • All return/exchange requests must be raised with the customer care team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • A full unboxing/opening video of the parcel is mandatory for claiming a refund or exchange. The damage or issue must be captured in the video.
  • All returned or exchanged products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Please ensure the saree is returned in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on sarees that have been customized or altered to your specifications, such as adding falls and edging.
  • Store exchange is not applicable to orders shipped outside India.
  • Customers may have to bear additional charges such as return cost and customs duties (for international orders).
  • Dress material/fabric orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.

At Jaipur Window, we strive to provide high-quality ceramic products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes items may arrive damaged or not meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the guidelines below:
 
Inspection Upon Delivery:
-        When your ceramic item is delivered, please open the package in the presence of the delivery person.
-        Carefully inspect the item to ensure it is in the expected condition and not damaged during shipping.
-        If the item appears damaged, please record a video of the unboxing and the condition of the item.
 
Return Eligibility:
-        If the ceramic item is received damaged, you may be eligible for a full refund or replacement.
-        To qualify for a return, you must provide the video documentation of the item's condition upon delivery.
-        Returns must be initiated within 48 hours of the delivery date.
-        The products must be returned in their original condition, including any bills, tags, labels, and brand packaging.
-        Products returned without original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and other originally included items, will not qualify for a refund.
 
Return Process:
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged, is wrongly delivered, or has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, we are committed to addressing the issue promptly:
-        To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at  jaipurwindow@gmail.com with your order number, transaction date, and delivery address, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
-        Provide the video documentation and any other relevant information about the damaged item.
-        Our team will review the request and provide further instructions on how to return the item.
-        Upon receipt of the returned item, we will process the refund or send a replacement item.
-        Please note that this return policy applies only to ceramic items received in a damaged condition. We do not accept returns for items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer.
